Singtel Dash Review - 5% rebates!

I've been using this app for over a year but the take-up rate in Singapore seems to be relatively low still. If you are regularly taking cabs (only ComfortDelgro and Prime Taxi), shopping at Fairprice, Singtel Dash is a great app to get 5% rebate (it will be credited to your Singtel Dash wallet the following day!).

Here's how to make the best of this app:

1. You are a Singtel subscriber
2. Top up via your Singtel bill (capped at $200 a month)
3. Tell the  cab driver or cashier that you want to pay via Singtel Dash app
4. Key in Cab plate number (for taxi payment) or Counter code (other stores) when making payment

It's that simple. It's probably half a minute slower than Visa Paywave but it could possible save you a lot more in the long run with the 5% cashback (ComfortDelgro cabs and Fairprice)! Plus there's no surcharge when paying with Dash as opposed to credit cards.

Don't forget to collect points with CabRewards when you take Comfort cabs as well. ;)
